Arbitration will occur in Molasses, USA and shall conform to American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration rules. Each party shall bear their own costs and fees.

You may also litigate a dispute in small claims court if it qualifies under applicable law. We each waive rights to a jury trial or class action for all disputes or claims between us.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, representative or consolidated action. If a court invalidates this individual dispute provision, the dispute will still proceed on an individual basis only.

Returns Due to Our Error: If we made a processing error, returns are allowed within 60 days of original purchase. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label via email so you can easily return the product free of charge.

Subject to stock availability, we will ship the replacement item to you at no extra cost within 2-3 business days of receiving your original return.
